Workshop

Our state-of-the-art machinery enables us to manufacture complex components that meet the highest requirements. The workshop is seamlessly integrated between design and commissioning on our test rigs. Our expertise in the manufacture of pressor and turbine blades for axial and radial machines is particularly noteworthy.

Another specialty of our workshop is the precise production of various flow probes, which are used in a variety of test setups. This expertise enables us to offer individual and high-precision solutions for your specific requirements. A selection of the flow probes we have manufactured is shown above.

At the TFD, we regularly support 4-6 junior employees in the field of precision mechanics. Thanks to the diverse expertise of our team, consisting of master craftsmen, technicians, precision mechanics and electronics technicians, our institute offers an exciting and varied training environment. We attach great importance to practical training and the provision of comprehensive specialist knowledge in order to optimally prepare future specialists for their careers.
