Friends of the Institute for Turbomachinery and Fluid Dynamics e.V.

The aim of the Association of Friendship is to foster and promote the joint work between science and practice in the field of turbomachinery, fluid mechanics and power engineering. Discussions and publication of research results are offered to the interested public through regular meetings, colloquia, seminars, lectures and reports. Furthermore, we try to support the research work and the education and training at the institute by providing financial and material means. The aim is also to promote the exchange of experience and the maintenance of contacts among former employees of the institute, which distinguishes us and makes us indispensable for staff and research at the TFD.
